Have you ever wondered what a 1.2-acre Van Gogh painting would look like?
The answer is pretty incredible!
Using a large variety of plants, artist Stan Herd creates beautiful earthworks to interpret historical art. Van Gogh’s 1889 Painting “Olive Trees” is the latest of dozens of works from around the world.
Commissioned by the Minneapolis Institute of Art, “Olive Trees” will be on view through the fall in Minneapolis.
