ART·spiration: 'Monochrome for Austin'

Today we are inspired by the newest public installation piece on the University of Texas Campus - ‘Monochrome of Austin’ which happens to be the largest sculpture in the universities public art collection.

Monochrome  is 50 feet high and is made up of 75 kayaks, canoes, and small boats creating a beautiful tree like shape that is stunning.

While the new sculpture has been installed for awhile now, it will be officially unveiled today with a reception and artist Q&A.  We can't wait!
